You Tube can be a great tool for anyone learning English.  There are thousands of free videos offering lessons on vocabulary, pronunciation, even grammar.   Today I am going to show you a few of my favourites to get you started.

British Council Learn English: A fantastic set of cartoon movies to help you tackle those bits of English grammar you hate!

BizPod: Videos and Podcasts to help with Business English vocabulary. The videos are very clear and give examples of how each term is used in a business situation. Sometimes Business English vocabulary can be a bit tricky, but with BizPod, no worries!

EngVid: Vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar and everything in between! EngVid have a website, which allows you to search for exercises at your level, and also their own YouTube channel. All lessons are taught by qualified ESL teachers and there are over 300 different videos!

InterestingThingsESL: If you’d like to improve your listening and pronunciation in English, InterestingThingsESL is an excellent YouTube channel. You can even read what is being said on-screen as you listen.

EnglishMeeting: If you are having trouble with pronouncing certain sounds and understanding the phonetic alphabet, this is the YouTube channel for you! Dave, the teacher, is very funny and these videos will definitely improve your pronunciation!

Best of luck with your YouTube learning! If you find any other channels that are useful for studying English, please let us know or leave a comment below
