Academic English Classes 

Our Academic English (AE) courses provide you with the English language and academic skills needed to enter an Australian university, TAFE or vocational college without the need to sit an IELTS or TOEFL test.

These courses are intensive, fast-paced and challenging. They cover the key skills needed - including essay and report writing, academic listening and reading, note-taking, presentation, academic research, critical analysis, discussion and referencing - to survive and achieve success in an Australian university or college environment.

The levels we offer are:

1. Academic English 1 (AE 1) -  preparation for academic English study (currently under development)
2. Academic English 2 (AE 2)  - an introductory level academic English course
3. Academic English 3 (AE 3)  - prepares you for further study at TAFE or a Vocational College
4. Academic English 4 (AE 4)  - prepares you for further study at university in courses that require IELTS 6.0 to enter
5. Academic English 5 (AE 5)  - prepares you for further study at university in courses with a greater focus on post graduate study
