All courses except part-time General English and Teen Holiday Program are NEAS Accredited
There is no fee reimbursement for Australian Public Holidays including the one day Teacher's holiday on 6 August 2012
Twin share homestay is only available for two people travelling together and studying at ELS Universal English College together.
