English For Academic Purposes 2 (EAP2)

This course prepares you for further study at Australian business colleges, TAFE and other training institutions.
Competencies include:

  • Investigative report writing
  • Note taking from an oral source
  • Writing an exposition/argument
  • Research skills
  • Academic listening and reading
  • Use of computer software for academic purposes.

    • This is a very intensive course designed to fast track your preparation for further study.

    Entry Requirements:
  • UEC (GV Sydney) Intermediate General English
  • IELTS 5.0 (Band 5.0 in writing) OR
  • Successful completion of our EAP 1 course or
  • Computer-based TOEFL (173)

    • Course Duration: 8 weeks
    Hours Per Week: 25 hours/week = 25 hours class
