English in Action 

These short-term programs offered at Universal English College (GV Sydney) give you the opportunity to learn English and practise your favourite watersport. Our English in Action programs include:

  • Surfing
  • Scuba diving

    • English in Action - Surfing

    • 2 weeks General English – full-time or part-time at GV Sydney (UEC)
    • 5 x 2 hour surf lessons at North Bondi 
    • Afternoon or weekend surf lessons
    • Includes rental of all equipment
    • Free T-Shirt

    Key Facts

    Entry Requirements: Any English level. Must be able to swim

    Course Dates: Available all year round.

    English in Action - Scuba Diving

    • 2 weeks General English – part-time or full-time at GV Sydney (UEC)
    • Ocean dives/theory on 4 days over 2 weekends
    • Includes rental of all equipment
    • Receive a PADI International Open Water Scuba Diver Certification
    • Includes a medical certificate which is needed to take the course
