I started my studies at the Upper Elementary level but my listening skills were so poor I could not understand very much. Now I know what native speakers are saying and feel confident about communicating in English.

I enjoyed the monthly excursions on the General English program because it gave me the opportunity to visit new places, make new friends and practice my speaking and the Oz Explorer activities have given me lots of memories to take back with me to Japan

I chose to study at Universal English College (GV Sydney) because a friend in Switzerland recommended the course and the college to me. The teachers are very friendly and the lessons are excellent.

I feel that my English has really improved. I had a great time in Sydney and enjoyed going to beaches and pubs with friends from the college. Now I am going to have a 6 week holiday in Australia before flying back to Switzerland. Then I plan to find a new job where I can use my English skills

I chose to study at GV Sydney (UEC) because when I saw the brochures in Korea I thought it looked very nice and then when I came here it looked just like I thought! The facilities are very modern and the college is close to the city. My friends had also been here and told me it is a great college to learn English.

I am living close to the city with other students from the college and am really enjoying the city life. I like going to the beach on the weekend and the beautiful, peaceful parks as well.

For me, coming to UEC was like joining a family.  It was not easy for me to leave my family and friends in Mexico and travel to another country to live and study with only a little English. The staff at Universal have been so helpful and supportive

The teachers are very experienced and knowledgeable. They know how to teach well and provide variety and fun in the lessons. My English has improved a lot - from Elementary level to Upper Intermediate.
